PRIVACY POLICY
As a provider of personal financial services, we are required by law to inform our clients of our policy regarding the privacy of client information. Certified Public Accountants are bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law.
As part of our practice, we collect nonpublic personal information about you that is either provided to us directly by you or is obtained with your authorization.
For current and former clients, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal client information except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include, for example, providing information to employees and, in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know certain information to assist in providing services to you. In all such instances, we make it a point to stress the confidential nature of the information being shared.
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist our clients with their professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to safeguard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards as a CPA and our strong moral code as individuals.
Please call if you have any questions. Safeguarding your information is of utmost importance to us.
